If you were banned for something like being underaged, then it's for your own safety. Just wait until you're 13 years old and contact the helpdesk with proof that you're old enough to use the site and they'll unban your account.
Or if you feel you were banned unfairly for other reasons, contact the helpdesk.
Making new accounts will only end up with you getting perminently banned. Not a good thing.
